Why This Makes Sense for Our Customers
For starters, a lot of our existing users work on support teams that use both Slack and Intercom. Since Supportman connects these two systems together, it’s a natural fit for the kinds of teams we already serve. We think it’s an awesome opportunity to streamline your support workflows in Slack even further.
You might already know one of Tettra’s key features: our AI-powered Slack integration that answers your teammates’ questions using the knowledge you’ve carefully documented. We want it to be ridiculously easy to get answers right when and where your team needs them. Supportman gives us another opportunity to add to our AI in Slack toolkit, and we’re just getting started with what’s possible.
What’s Next for Tettra + Supportman
We’re not directly integrating Tettra and Supportman right off the bat, instead we’re exploring what we can do to take Supportman beyond simple notifications. Our goal is to help support teams keep improving their customer satisfaction (CSAT) with light weight AI-assisted feedback and coaching. We want to make it easier for your team to grow, learn, and deliver the best support possible—and we think Supportman can help us do just that.
We’d also like to connect Supportman to other support systems beyond Intercom.
