How does the per-user pricing work in Tettra?
A “user” is an account you invite that accepts their invitation. If you deactivate a user, they aren’t counted towards your license total. The number of users you have in Slack or Microsoft Teams does not matter towards your Tettra user count.
What happens when I add my 11th user on the Starting plan?
When you reach your 11th user, you’ll be asked to pay $10/user for all users, so 11 users users would be $110/month.
What happens after my free trial ends on Scaling?
Once your free trial ends, you’ll be ask to input a credit card to continue using Tettra.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer a variety of standard discounts. Paying annually earns you two free months, and joining our customer testimonial program unlocks further savings. Contact our sales team to learn more.
Do you offer discounted pricing specifically for non-profit and educational institutions?

What languages does Tettra support?
Tettra can support content in any language (yes, even Elvish), but the app itself is English-only for now.
Can I share my Tettra content publicly?
If you are on the Scaling or Enterprise plan, you can publish individual pages through shared links, or make entire categories visible to people outside your account with public categories.
What happens when I connect to Slack or Microsoft Teams?
Once you connect Slack or Microsoft Teams, your teammates can search Tettra from chat and also unlock a few other superpowers too (watch the videos above to learn more.) We do not spam your teammates with messages from Tettra when you connect the bot.
How does Tettra handle security and compliance?

What is Tettra’s uptime?

Can I export my content?
If you do decide you want to export your Tettra content, you can do so at any time via the app setting in HTML format. Our belief is that if you want to stop using Tettra, that’s on us, not you. You can learn more about how to export your content here.
Can I pay by invoice instead of a credit card?
We offer invoicing and alternative payment methods like ACH/wire transfers on our Enterprise plan.

Does Tettra offer a self-hosted or on-premise option?
We don’t currently offer a self-hosted version of Tettra. All of Tettra’s servers are securely hosted on Salesforce Heroku and Amazon Web Services, which maintain a variety of industry standard compliance certifications, including SOC 1 and SOC 2, PCI Level 1, and ISO 27001.
